Karmen M. Slezak, Partner, Obtains Another Verdict Against a Major Insurance Company
Ms. Slezak recently achieved a substantial verdict from a Baltimore City jury after her client was injured in a rear-end collision on I-95. Our client had sustained severe injuries, the insurance company only offered a minimal settlement of $70,000. Finding the offer inadequate, Ms. Slezak filed suit and proceeded to trial, ultimately obtaining a verdict in the amount of $315,000.
