  • Earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Colorado in 1971

While at George Mason University, he was a member of the George Mason University Law Review, served as a coach for the National Moot Court team, and was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi fraternity.

Of Counsel to the firm, Donald E. Pallett earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Colorado in 1971. He was a member of the United States Park Police from 1974 to 1979, and then earned his Juris Doctor Degree from George Mason University in 1982, where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Pallett is a Member of the Maryland and National American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Maryland State Bar Association. He has frequently appeared in appellate litigation in Maryland courts, and has also been admitted to the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Pallett’s primary areas of concentration include personal injury, automobile accident and slip-and-fall litigation; family law matters including divorce and child custody; and child support. Donald E. Pallett also is proficient in real estate law, trusts, estates, criminal law, and traffic matters, and is fluent in American Sign Language.
